JUSTICE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEW ERA)

When Islamic moderated Justice and Development (AK) Party in Turkey won last elections
A similar name Justice and Development party was trying to do the same in other and different atmosphere in Morocco
These similar moderate Islamic Parties acting in different condition but with many common factors
1-the huge Jewish comunities in both countries Turkey and Morocco which mean a good relation with israel and International comunity and a clear interest in national steability and peaceful convivence
2-both Islamic countries are close to Europe Geographicly
So the fear that their insteability well affect Europe determinate the efforts toward there pacification
3-as all Islamic countries any democratic real elections well lead Islamists to power so the need to find a moderate representative of Islamic movements and to use it as barrier against radical one made the choice imperative toward the Justice and Development Parties in both cases

But the diferences here which made the results in Morrocco appear different then its similar Turkish one
1-the serious threat of the Alqaeda in the so call Islamic Maghreb produced the fear that Justice and development in Morocco can not be able to control such threat
2-the non defined relations between the JDP and the Development and Charity movement a radical Islamic one
3-the development of the same party and its recents roots related to the Turkish one
4- the JDPhas not the same effective economic and finantial base as the Turkish one so this factor was determinant in last elections when oponents leaded by the Independent Party (Istiklal Party) to obtain more votes and representative in the Parliament
So the need to test the real intentions of Moroccan JDP made things shifted under a clear corrupted and manipulated maneauvers using a huge amounts of many to buy votes and to corrupt results
Whatever were the results the clear facts that Islamic moderated movements are under a strongly controled tests
Meanwhile the Turkish one passed almost all controls so allowed to run almost alone but not so far from the powerful secular military control
The Morrocan one still to pass more tests to be allowed if passed in the next elections to run alone the power in the country also under the strong control of the royal palace
